*What are FGV's Payment options?
Fly Girl Vintage payments are made through PayPal. This is a secure service that can be trusted and is benificial to both the buyer and FGV. There you can use your paypal account or you can enter your credit card information also. PayPal is a safe option and offers tracking and payment history for your convenience learn more about PayPal here.
*When will my order will shipped?
Orders placed usually ship within 1-2 business days pending availability and payment fulfillment verification. All orders placed after 3 EST will begin processing the next business day. Orders placed on Friday after 5 PM EST will begin processing on the following Monday. We will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional identification provided for credit verification.*DELIVERY TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS OR HOLIDAYS
*How can I track my order?
You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been successfully transmitted. In addition, a shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will include the tracking number for your package. You may check the status of your order at anytime by logging on to the carriers website provided.
*What is the return policy?
All Fly Girl Vintage sales/purchases are final no returns, no store credit no exchanges and no refunds..
*Why are there no refunds or returns?
FGV stands behind the products that are sold, each item is thoroughly inspect and only makes it to the site if it is in a salable condition. Vintage items are not new items, slight imperfections and pre-love should always be expected of purchase.
*What if the size or color is wrong?
The sale is still final. All sizing is accurately taken and listed in the sales description. A modern day sizing equivalent "Fits like" S, M, L is included with measurements. It is best to take and know your measurements to be sure of an items fit before purchase. Different monitors may display different variations please contact via email if you have questions about an items color before purchase.
*Item availability?
The item availability is listed in the product details page. All colors and sizes available will be shown and available to add to the shopping bag. Colors and sizes that are unavailable will be gray. Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, occasionally we do sell out of certain products. If we are out of stock on an item that you've ordered, we will notify you via e-mail. Any changes will be reflected in your order total as well as your shipping confirmation.
*Do you have sizing information?
We try to include as much accurate sizing information for each product as possible. We have also added a how to measure and about sizing link. Please reference the size charts to help determine your size when ordering. Because sizing and cut will vary from different decades, era's and Designers please use this chart as a general guide to compare the various size scales.
